Action to rescind transaction and recover damages.

Sec. 31. A person who offers, sells, or purchases a mobile home or equipment or a mobile home site in violation of this act or the code may have an action brought against him or her to rescind the transaction and recover damages. History: 1987, Act 96, Imd. Eff. July 6, 1987
