Investigation by law enforcement officer.

Sec. 14. A law enforcement officer in the state, if requested by the attorney general or a prosecuting attorney, shall aid and assist in an investigation of an alleged or actual violation of this act. History: 1976, Act 331, Eff. Apr. 1, 1977
