Violation; penalty.

Sec. 3. A person who is in violation of section 1 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine of not more than $500.00 or both. History: 1972, Act 358, Imd. Eff. Jan. 9, 1973
