Aid and assistance of law enforcement officer.

Sec. 17. A law enforcement officer in the state, if requested by the attorney general or a prosecuting attorney, shall aid and assist in an investigation of an alleged or actual violation of this act. History: 1984, Act 424, Eff. Mar. 29, 1985
