Railroad police officer; notice of appointment.

Sec. 373. When the director of the department of state police appoints a railroad police officer, the director shall give notice of the commission to the person appointed and to the company that made application for the appointment. History: 1993, Act 354, Imd. Eff. Jan. 14, 1994
