Violations of act; actions; perjury.

Sec. 248. Any persons required by the provisions of this code to take any oath, or affirmation, who shall make any false oath or affirmation, shall be deemed guilty of perjury. History: 1956, Act 218, Eff. Jan. 1, 1957
