Rules.

Sec. 617. The commissioner may promulgate rules which the commissioner considers necessary to carry out the purposes of, and to execute and enforce this act. The rules shall be promulgated pursuant to the administrative procedures act. History: 1980, Act 350, Eff. Apr. 3, 1981
