Board of ethics; creation; function.

Sec. 3. There is hereby created within the executive office of the governor a board of ethics. The function of the board shall be advisory and investigatory and the board is not empowered to take direct action against any person or agency. History: 1973, Act 196, Imd. Eff. Jan. 8, 1974
