Municipal buildings; rental of facilities to other governmental entities.

Sec. 1. When any municipality erects any building, whether financed by a sinking fund or by issuance of bonds, it may include in the building facilities for rental to any other governmental entity. History: 1962, Act 179, Eff. Mar. 28, 1963
