Tax limitations.

Sec. 9. A public authority is intended to and shall be considered to be an authority the tax limitations of which are provided by charter or general law within the meaning of section 6 of article IX of the state constitution of 1963. History: 1986, Act 196, Imd. Eff. July 10, 1986
