Where a party in a proceeding under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 253B or 253D , uses a subpoena to obtain the production of records, the advance-service and advance-notice requirements under Minn. R. Civ. P. 45.02(a) and 45.04(a) (5) shall be 24 hours, rather than seven days. (Added effective July 1, 2010; amended effective September 18, 2013.)
