BOARD MEETINGS

Subpart 1. Regular meetings. At least four regular meetings of the board must be scheduled a year. A scheduled meeting may be canceled due to insufficient funds in the account or if there is insufficient business. Subp. 2. Special meetings. A special meeting of the board may be called by the chair or by written request of three board members.
