DESIGN PHASE II

Subpart 1. System design. Completion of tasks outlined in parts 7080.1850 to 7080.2430 is considered the second phase of ISTS design. Subp. 2. Compliance. Designs for new construction or replacement ISTS must comply with applicable requirements and any other applicable codes, rules, and laws.
