LICENSE WITH MOTORCYCLE ENDORSEMENT REVOKED FOR NON-DWI-RELATED TRAFFIC OFFENSE

If an applicant for a Minnesota driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement has a Minnesota license with a motorcycle endorsement and driving privileges that have been revoked for a traffic offense other than one specified in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 169A, or former or current Minnesota Statutes, section 169.121 , 169.123 , or 171.17 , then the applicant is required to pay the license reinstatement fee specified in Minnesota Statutes, section 171.29 , before a waiver is applicable. If the applicant's driver's license has been revoked, and the license is expired: A. less than one year, then the motorcycle endorsement knowledge test, the class D driver's license road test, and the motorcycle endorsement skills test are waived; or B. more than one year but less than five years, then the class D driver's license road test and motorcycle endorsement skills test are waived.
