MOTORCYCLE ENDORSEMENT TESTING PROGRAM

Subpart 1. Licensed as commercial driving school. An entity applying to be a third-party testing program for a motorcycle endorsement must comply with chapter 7411 and Minnesota Statutes, sections 171.33 to 171.39 as a driver education program. Subp. 2. Employment of certified tester. A third-party testing program for a motorcycle endorsement must employ at least one certified third-party tester who holds a valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement.
