QUALIFICATIONS FOR MOTORIZED BICYCLE INSTRUCTOR

An instructor for a motorized bicycle course must be: A. a current licensed or approved instructor for a class A, B, C, or D vehicle or a motorcycle; B. a current representative of a dealership that sells motorized bicycles and holds a valid class D driver's license; or C. a certified law enforcement officer.
