SCOPE

Subpart 1. In general. This chapter applies to the manufacture, retention, possession, storage, sale, and use of explosives, blasting agents, and pyrotechnics. Subp. 2. Municipal supervision. This chapter also applies to municipal supervision of compliance with federal regulations.
