STANDARDS AND TESTING EQUIPMENT

Subpart 1. Required equipment list. The director shall publish a list of the standards and test equipment required for registration in each category of weighing and measuring equipment service. Subp. 2. Annual calibration required. A registrant shall annually submit the required standards and test equipment for inspection, testing, and calibration by the division's metrology laboratory, by the federal government, or by a NIST-certified metrology laboratory operated by an agency of another state government.
