ANNUAL REPORTING DATES

Subpart 1. Annual. Utilities listed under part 7610.0300 shall file the information required by parts 7610.0100 to 7610.0700 by July 1 of each year. All other electric utilities shall file only the information required by parts 7610.0120 , 7610.0170 , and 7610.0600 , items B to J, by July 1 of each year.
