ANNUAL REPORTING DATES

Subpart 1. Prime petroleum supplier, pipeline company. A prime petroleum supplier and pipeline company shall file with the commissioner or its trade association, as applicable, the information required by parts 7610.1300 to 7610.1500 by July 1 of each reporting year. For good cause shown, the department may grant a prime petroleum supplier an extension from the deadline following receipt of a written request from the company. Subp. 2.
