ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Subpart 1. General requirement. The additional information described in subparts 2 and 3 must be filed with each general rate change notice. Subp. 2. Information as ordered. The company shall file information required by the commission's most recent general rate change or other applicable orders for that company. Subp. 3. Additional information. On or after review of a telephone company's notice of a change in rates or tariff and within a reasonable time as it may determine, the commission may require a company to provide additional information to supplement the information required by parts 7810.8610 to 7810.8650 . A telephone company may include in its filing additional information not required by parts 7810.8100 to 7810.8815 .
