INDIVIDUALLY PRICED NONCOMPETITIVE SERVICE

In addition to the notice requirements in part 7810.8700 , a notice for individually priced noncompetitive service under Minnesota Statutes, sections 237.07 and 237.071 , must include: A. data demonstrating that differences in the cost of providing a service or service element justifies a different rate for a particular customer or group of customers; B. an identification of the affected customer or customer groups; and C. the estimated revenue impact on the company.
