RELIABILITY STANDARDS

Subpart 1. Annually proposed individual reliability standards. On or before April 1 of each year, each utility shall file proposed reliability performance standards in the form of proposed numerical values for the SAIDI, SAIFI, and CAIDI for each of its work centers. These filings shall be treated as "miscellaneous tariff filings" under the commission's rules of practice and procedure, part 7829.0100 , subpart 11. Subp. 2. Annually set, utility-specific, reliability standards. The commission shall set reliability performance standards annually for each utility in the form of numerical values for the SAIDI, SAIFI, and CAIDI for each of its work centers. These standards remain in effect until the commission takes final action on a filing proposing new standards or changes them in another proceeding.
