ALTERNATIVES

The applicant shall provide information pertaining to possible alternatives in the following format: A. a description of the alternative, including its capacity and economic life; and B. a cost/benefit analysis, comparing investment costs, annual operating and maintenance costs, environmental effects, safety and reliability aspects, and energy requirements of each alternative with those of the proposed facility.
