GLOBAL FILINGS

Subpart 1. Acceptance. The filing officer shall accept for filing global filings as defined in part 8280.0015 , subpart 12. Subp. 2. Contents. A global filing must consist of a financing statement describing the requested amendment on a machine-readable file furnished by the submitter and created to the filing officer's specifications containing appropriate indexing information including at a minimum the file number and the information required by Minnesota Statutes, section 336.9-502 , subsection (a)(1) and (2). A copy of global filing specifications is available from the filing officer.
