BOUNDARY OR TYPE
Subpart 1. Wetland boundary. Wetland boundaries must be determined using the methodologies in the United States Army Corps of Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual (January 1987), including subsequent updates and supplements, and guidance provided by the board. Subp. 2. Wetland type. Wetland type must be identified according to United States Fish and Wildlife Service Circular No. 39 (1971 edition) Wetlands of the United States and Classification of Wetlands and Deepwater Habitats of the United States, including modifications or guidance provided by the board.
