SCENIC AREAS

Subpart 1. Establishing. The commissioner shall establish scenic areas along the primary or interstate system of highways pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 173.04 and chapter 14. Subp. 2. Prohibited devices. Advertising devices prohibited by Minnesota Statutes, sections 173.08 , 173.13 , and 173.15 are also prohibited in scenic areas. Subp. 3. [Repealed, L 2017 1Sp3 art 3 s 144]
