SELECTION OF ROUTES, GENERALLY

Subpart 1. Commissioner's approval. Final selection of routes to be included in the respective county state-aid and municipal state-aid systems are subject to the approval of the commissioner. These routes may be established on new locations where no existing roadway exists or may be located upon or over an established roadway or specified portion of a roadway. Subp. 2. County and municipal designations. The highway and street systems are to be selected and designated in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, chapter 162. Subp. 3. [Repealed by amendment, 29 SR 449]
