COMPILATION AND NOTICE OF APPORTIONMENT

Subpart 1. Compilation of data by commissioner. The commissioner shall determine the apportionment percentage due each county and urban municipality in accordance with the formulas established by law. Subp. 1a. State-aid apportionments. State-aid apportionments must be made from the county state-aid highway fund and the municipal state-aid street fund as provided by law. Subp. 2. Notice of annual apportionment. Not later than February 1 of each year, the commissioner shall certify the annual apportionment to each respective county or urban municipality.
