OBLIGATIONS OF COUNTIES, DISTRICTS, AND MULTICOUNTY AREAS

Subpart 1. Implementation. Each county, district, or multicounty area shall maintain and implement a solid waste management plan that has been approved by the agency. Subp. 2. Sanctions. A county, district, or multicounty area that fails to gain approval and maintain and implement an approved solid waste management plan is in violation of Minnesota Statutes, section 115A.46 , and this chapter.
