APPLICABILITY

Parts 9505.0170 to 9505.0475 govern the administration of the medical assistance program, establish the services and providers that are eligible to receive medical assistance payments, and establish the conditions a provider must meet to receive payment. Parts 9505.0170 to 9505.0475 must be read in conjunction with title XIX of the Social Security Act for appropriate populations; title XXI of the Social Security Act for appropriate populations; Code of Federal Regulations, title 42; Minnesota Statutes, including chapters 256 and 256B; and parts 9505.5000 to 9505.5105 .
