EFFECT OF RULES ON ZOO EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS

Nothing in this chapter shall restrict those activities otherwise proscribed where the board has expressly authorized such activities either by employees, agents, or contractors or when authorized by the director.
