ENGAGEMENT IN THE PRACTICE OF CHIROPRACTIC

A chiropractor is engaged in the practice of chiropractic when: A. the chiropractor provides examination or treatment services; and B. the patient, or a person authorized to act for the patient, accepts the services provided. The chiropractor is subject to items A and B regardless of whether the patient or the patient's agent was billed or was paying for chiropractic services.
