Subpart 1. Table for 1984. If the Grand Total of any Plan is: Then that Plan is the Actuarial Equivalent of Minnesota Qualified Plan No. 1192 + points 3 911 + points 2 767 + points 1 Less than 767 points Nonqualified Subp. 2. Effect of inflation. Each year the number of points required for each qualified plan will increase due to the effects of inflation on the benefits. Particular care must be taken to revalue any policy form which contains scheduled benefits or other policy forms which have different deductible or coinsurance provisions.
