PHYSICAL PLANT AND EQUIPMENT CODES

Subpart 1. Equipment codes. The facility's food service, plumbing, ventilation, heating, cooling, lighting, elevators, and other fixtures and equipment must conform to health, sanitation, and safety codes and regulations. Subp. 2. Safety reports maintained. The facility must maintain in its file the reports of insurance, inspections, Occupational Safety and Health Administration reports, incident reports, and reports of health, fire, and other safety inspections.
