ADMISSION AND CONTINUED STAY

Subpart 1. Placement authorized by statute or court order. A resident may not be placed in a secure facility unless the placement meets the statutory criteria or is approved by the juvenile court. Subp. 2. Admission documentation. No resident may be received by a license holder until the referring agency has produced proper credentials and the placement person signs the placement person's name and title on a form identifying the purpose for placement that will be part of the intake record.
