FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS

Classrooms and other facilities in which pupils receive instruction, related services, and supplementary aids and services shall: be essentially equivalent to the regular education program; provide an atmosphere that is conducive to learning; and meet the pupils' special physical, sensory, and emotional needs. The necessary special equipment and instructional materials shall be supplied to provide instruction, related services, and supplementary aids and services.
