ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS

The training course provider must require participants to attend the entire training course as a condition for successful completion of the training course. A training course provider must: A. maintain a daily sign-in log as documentation of attendance for each training course; and B. submit a copy of the daily sign-in log to the commissioner within 48 hours of completion of the training course.
