A. A food specified in part 4626.0400 , item A or B, must be discarded if: (1) the time exceeds 7 days as specified in part 4626.0400 , item A, except time that the product is frozen; P1 or (2) it is in a container or package that does not bear a date or day. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat TCS food prepared in a food establishment and dispensed through a refrigerated vending machine with an automatic shutoff control must be discarded if the time exceeds 7 days as specified in part 4626.0400 , item A.
