EMPLOYEE POLICIES

Subpart 1. Personal hygiene of all employees and volunteers. There shall be strict adherence to established policies and procedures relating to personal hygiene practices including clean attire and frequent and thorough hand-washing techniques at all times and in all areas of the home. See part 4655.1400 , item B, subitem (6). Subp. 2. Keys. The person in charge of the home on each work shift shall have keys to all doors and locks in the home in possession with the exception of keys to the business office.
