HOUSEKEEPING

Subpart 1. General requirements. The entire facility, including walls, floors, ceilings, registers, fixtures, equipment, and furnishings shall be maintained in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition throughout and shall be kept free from offensive odors, dust, rubbish, and safety hazards. Accumulation of combustible material or waste in unassigned areas is prohibited. Subp. 2. Development of cleaning program. A program shall be established for routine housekeeping. Besides the daily duties, the program shall include policies and procedures for any special cleaning necessary.
