START OF CONSTRUCTION

Subpart 1. Notice to department. The department shall be notified in writing of the date of start of construction not less than seven days after commencement. Unless construction is commenced within one year after approval of final working drawings and specifications, the drawings shall be resubmitted for renewal of review and approval. Subp. 2. Approval of construction changes. All construction shall be executed in accordance with the approved final plans and specifications. Subsequent construction changes which involve these rules shall be approved by the department before such changes are made.
