BED ARRANGEMENT

Subpart 1. Existing and new. Beds shall be located so as to avoid drafts, excessive heat, or other discomforts to residents. All single and multibed rooms shall allow for a bed arrangement which can provide at least three feet of floor space at both sides and the foot end of each bed. Subp. 2. New construction. Multibed rooms shall be arranged to permit not more than two beds side by side parallel to the window wall.
