INSPECTIONS; WATER SAMPLING

The commissioner is authorized to inspect and sample the water in public pools for compliance with parts 4717.0150 to 4717.3975 . The commissioner has the right of entry at any reasonable hour to ensure compliance with parts 4717.0150 to 4717.3975 . The commissioner may collect and examine water samples for compliance with part 4717.1750 at any reasonable hour.
