AQUIFER TEST PLAN CONTENT

An aquifer test plan must be prepared for the wells in a public water supply system and submitted to the department for approval. The aquifer test plan must contain: A. the state identifier; B. a map showing the location of the pumping well and the monitoring well or environmental bore hole; C. the name and address of the public water supplier; D. the name and address of the person preparing the aquifer test plan; E. specification of the method used from part 4720.5510 , subpart 6; F. a description of why the method was selected; and G. the existing data and the calculated transmissivity value, if the method selected is one of those specified in part 4710.5510 , subpart 6, item B, subitem (1), (2), (5), (6), or (7).
