ELIGIBILITY

The following entities are eligible to receive funds from the drinking water revolving fund for eligible activities listed in the act: A. a community drinking water supply; B. a nonprofit noncommunity drinking water supply; C. a county, city, or town; or D. any other governmental subdivision of the state responsible for the treatment and distribution of piped drinking water for human consumption, serving or proposing to serve a minimum of 15 connections or 15 living units, or serving or proposing to serve an average of 25 people daily for 60 days of the year.
