APPLICATION; FILING

Subpart 1. Generally. A. A person may apply for a specific license issued under parts 4731.0525 to 4731.0630 by filing an application according to part 4731.0200 , subpart 4. B. Applications and documents submitted to the commissioner in connection with applications may be made available for public inspection according to part 4731.0240 . Subp. 2. Fees. An application for a special nuclear material license must be accompanied by the fee prescribed in Minnesota Statutes, section 144.1205 .
