SURVEY RECORDS; AMBIENT RADIATION EXPOSURE

A licensee must retain a record of each survey required under part 4731.4426 for three years. The record must include: A. the date of the survey; B. the results of the survey; C. the instrument used to make the survey; and D. the name of the individual who performed the survey.
