REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATORS OF FUSION IMAGING DEVICES

Subpart 1. Accreditation required. When a unit is operated as a fusion imaging device or in a dual mode such as a SPECT/CT or PET/CT device, the operator must be accredited or must meet the requirements in chapter 4732. Subp. 2. Diagnostic CT imaging device. When the unit is operated as a stand-alone diagnostic CT imaging device, the operator must meet the requirements in chapter 4732.
