TERMINATION

The office shall terminate an institution's eligibility to participate in a program if the institution: A. violates a provision of Minnesota statutes or rules governing the program, and fails to correct the violation within 90 days from the date on the written notification of the termination; B. refuses to allow inspection of or provide information relating to financial aid records, after written request by the office; C. is no longer eligible to participate in a program under part 4830.0300 , subparts 1 and 2; 4830.7200 ; or 4850.0011 , subpart 14; or D. is not complying with chapter 4850.
